I keep getting an error when I try to view reports. What can I do?

Basketball Stat Manager installs a Microsoft Reporting Framework for reporting. Occasionally, these frameworks do not install correctly and need re-installed. This install is delivered with Stat Manager and can be installed manually:

  1. Close Basketball Stat Manager
  2. Navigate to the install location of Stat Manager, which is at "C:\Program Files\Basketball Stat Manager" or "C:\Program Files (x86)\Basketball Stat Manager" (on a 64-bit system).
  3. Double click on "ReportViewer.exe"
  4. Click the "Next" button through the install until it finishes.
  5. Reboot your PC
  6. Re-open Stat Manager

Can I install Basketball Stat Manager on my desktop and laptop?

Yes - you can. The Basketball Stat Manager license allows for the software to be used on two systems as long as they are not being used simultaneously.


I bought a new computer. How do I transfer Stat Manager to the new computer?

First, download and install the free trial of Stat Manager from here. When you launch Stat Manager, it will ask you for a license key. Enter your license key from your original purchase and it will activate the software on the new system. Next you will need to copy all of your data files from your old computer to the new one and open it up with Stat Manager.
